We usually write back within a working day. If it's about your account, send the message from the address it was set up with - it saves us both a round trip.
Common questions
Answers before you ask.
They will. Your recipes are kept safe in the cloud and tied to your account. Sign in on the new phone with the same email and everything settles back into place - recipes, cookbooks, and your building blocks.
They stay yours. Everything you've saved in Crumely belongs to you, whatever plan you're on. Only the paid extras switch off - new imports, for instance - while the recipes themselves still open, scale, and bake.
Of course. You can edit every ingredient and step before you save, and an import that doesn't work won't count against your monthly limit. If a site keeps refusing to cooperate, send us the link and we'll take a look.
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so you'll change or cancel yours in the subscription settings on your phone. The change takes effect from the next billing period, and everything keeps working until then.
There's a dedicated button for this in the account settings in the app. Use it or write to us from the email address the account was set up with and we'll remove it along with your recipes. It can't be undone, so keep a copy of anything you'd hate to lose first.
Right here, to the same address. Crumely is built in conversation with bakers, and these are the messages we read most closely - even when the answer isn't "we're on it tomorrow", every idea and suggestion is valuable and helps shape Crumely.
